Say Word: Will Ferrell And John C. Reilly Pair For Rap Album With Big Name Producer?

Fan of the tag team duo Will Ferrell & John C. Reilly? Well these two are set to start the gears on a different kind of project- a Rap album. Back in 2008 the duo released the hilarious effort “Boats N Hoes” which left advocates of the two wondering if a full LP was in the works, but chatter of the project disappeared.
Now, the Step Brothers co-stars are commencing on a rap album journey that will not only include production work from a big name music producer, but Adam McKay who produced the Ferrell and Reilly’s Step Brothers project is hoping to bring in Brooklyn lyricist Mos Def to be featured on the set.
McKay said via Twitter, “I wasn’t kidding about Step Bros rap album. And we just found out we have a crazy big time producer. Mos Def, you up for a guest flow?” This will be Ferrell and Reilly’s second rap romp as the two are already featured in , short film revolving around the hip-hop legends The Beastie Boys titled Fight For Your Right Revisited
